Yesterday President Vladimir Putin said on Munich "The United States has overstepped its borders in all spheres -- economic, political and humanitarian and has imposed itself on other states," and that US is only trying to impose his will on the UNIPOLAR world where they (US) doesnt care about international laws and that why they are making some states try to get Nukes to prevent an attack of the W Bush (Cowboy).
Many of US secretaries were in that conference incluiding Gates and John mc Cain, they were mad about the speech of Putin.
